Here are a few resources I’ve created and a few things I’ve been enjoying outside Amazon FBA.
The Special Gum I am Chewing
I have been chewing Nuero Gum for some extra kick this week. This is gum that has L-Theanine, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B-6, and Natural Caffeine. It is a convenient little boost and seems to get me in deep focus / flow a lot quicker.
I try to use it sparingly and take time off of it when I take caffeine breaks, but if you handle caffeine well, this could be a fun experiment to see if this could help you during those long work sessions.
Cool thing is that the gum is aspartame free. They have peppermint and cinnamon, I prefer the peppermint.
My Special Contraption
I have been told that I have some of the tightest (non flexible) shoulders & upper body people have ever seen.
Lately, it has really been bothering me with some nagging pain and tightness. Definitely couldn’t be from working on a computer all day haha.
Anyways, something that has been incredible for relieving tightness and stiff muscles is a little contraption called a Body Buddy, which a friend told me to try out.
This weird S shaped device is pretty remarkable. All you do is dig it into certain pressure points, hold for a minute or 2, and then the muscle releases. Something to look into if you struggle with the same thing!
Picky about my sleep…
Sleep is everything. Probably even more important than diet and exercise, if not, it is right there with it.
That is why it took me 2 months trying to figure out what mattress to invest in. Side note, the mattress business may be up there with used car shopping as the most annoying thing in the world. I don’t want to haggle or be pressured to sell a mattress, it’s ridiculous. (rant over)
That is most likely why I went the online route and decided on Helix Mattresses. Saw a lot of good things and smart people using the mattress, and I will say it is by far the best mattress I have ever had. They gave us 90 days to try it out as well, cheaper than a Tempurpedic, and came air sealed by delivery. Super convenient!
