I’m Back On The Shrooms…

Here are a few resources I’ve created and a few things I’ve been enjoying outside Amazon FBA.

Back on the Shrooms

One of the best things I’ve tested for mental clarity and focus has been the use of Lion’s mane.

Lion’s mane is a type of medicinal mushroom that has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine, and has a ton of health benefits.

The reason I take it though is for the nootropic effect, and of course, its ability to help me see through walls.

All jokes aside, I’ve tested many nootropics and this is Top 2 for me.

The brand I use is Four Sigmatic. If I am drinking coffee at the time I will use their instant coffee mix. If I am off the bean juice, I will go for the Lion’s Mane Elixer.

Create Your Own Perfect Life

Now for some here, this might sound a bit woo-woo. I get it, I thought the same thing for a long long time.

Once I realized though, that to build your own dream life, you need to know what that dream life looks like. Otherwise, you could end up with someone else’s dream life or just wander around aimlessly.

To hit a goal, you are more likely going to hit that goal if you spell it out exactly and/or know exactly what it looks like. That makes sense, right?

This is where “Vision Boards” come in at (this is the woo-woo part if you didn’t know).

What Vision Boards are, is literally just a board where you throw up pictures of what you want your life to look like. You want a 6-pack, put a person with a 6-pack on there. You want a big a** house, put your dream big a** house on it.

Along with anything else that describes who you want to be and what you want to accomplish (best practices are to have photos and have it in text).

I always rejected this idea until the logic just slapped me in the face.

If I look at what I want or what my goals are every day, there is no way in heck that I won’t be more likely to achieve them.

So this is just a friendly blurb, if you have really big goals and dreams, please look into creating a vision board. For me personally, it seems like a no-brainer.

Need more convincing? Here is Steve Harvey then.

Moving Forward

“Comparatively, the US Department of Commerce Retail Trade division estimates that Core Retail (all retail less automotive and gas sales) grew by 3.6% in 2023, totaling $5.13 trillion. Amazon’s contribution alone accounted for 23.6% of all U.S. retail growth, capturing nearly a quarter of all new retail sales.” — FULL ARTICLE HERE.

Always good to see who still is leading the charge. At the end of the day, we create brands and high-value products so we just want to be on the platform that allows us to get in front of as many customers as possible for as little investment as possible That will help us convey trust to give our products a chance from ground floor vs a brand new website no one has ever heard of.
