Here are a few resources I’ve created and a few things I’ve been enjoying outside Amazon FBA.
Next Step Of My Reckless Health Spending
As some of you know, I’ve had some health hiccups in the past. Testing positive for many chronic infections, elevated heavy metal in the blood, mold poisoning, non-existent testosterone levels, yada yada yada…
Luckily, I was able to rid myself of these bugs and get back to around baseline.
My next chapter to get to top physical form is to start consistently testing my blood levels to know exactly what is going on.
As of now, I just randomly take supplements that I think are good for me. I want to stop this approach and use real data to decide what goes in my body.
With consistent FULL blood panels, I will be able to see where I am deficient and then use the exact supplement to attack that deficiency. Then after another 6 months, I can see how that has improved my test results, then adjust again there if needed.
The company I am using to help me with this is Marek Health.
Now why would I use a company like this, pay out of pocket, and not go through primary doctors and insurance?
Well turns out that insurance companies DO NOT like approving actual FULL blood panels that look at EVERYTHING so you can prevent illness instead of just patching them up after you get sick.
Why they do this? I’ll let you be the judge.
Excited to improve my health with data vs. just ‘guessing’ what my body needs.
What I Am Watching (Inappropriate)
Blue Mountain State – Warning this show is not for gentle family watching. It is absurd, over-the-top, dirty humor.
The gist of the show is just some crazy college football players living a FULL college experience. With some of the most bizarre characters, hazing, parties, and scenarios that you would never think would exist on TV.
Watching this show in High School hoping my college experience would be 1/10th as good as theirs, and now as a young adult I come back to this show every time I need to laugh myself off the couch.
Enjoy, but know you have been warned.
Quote of the Week
“Instead of spending time “getting in the mood to work”… just start working.
Confront the work.
People think they need perfect conditions to start when in reality, starting is the perfect condition.”
