Ben Greenfield lives life meaningfully. I love his fitness content, but it goes way deeper than most. It’s part of his lifestyle of nutrition, longevity, faith, family, and personal improvement. He wants his viewers to “live your fullest, most impactful and purpose-filled life possible.” If you’re having a sleepy morning, try his fountain-of-youth morning energy routine.
Having Problems With Your Account Health?
Having registration or suspension issues with your account is one of the most frustrating things ever… It can take weeks to get resolved, which means that it could be losing you tons of sales. Luckily, there is a site that I’ve used multiple times, that can help get you out of any account jams. So if you’re having account problems, this could be a great resource for you.
Favorite book of the week: Benjamin Franklin biography
Yep, you get two Bens this week! This Ben was a fascinating guy. Need some product research inspiration? Franklin invented bifocals, lightning rods, and swim flippers (made of wooden paddles).
Think of how many people wear bifocals. What if one of your products becomes that commonplace? Hey, it’s possible. Dream big.
Walter Isaacson writes about Franklin in a way that’s really engaging. Benjamin Franklin: An American Life doesn’t feel like a history lesson at all, it’s just a fun read, while you get to learn about one of our Founding Fathers. I really enjoyed it.
