Steps for the Soul

Here are a few resources I’ve created and a few things I’ve been enjoying outside Amazon FBA.

Steps for the Soul

You may have experienced this too, but as someone who works from the desk all day, I find it hard to get enough steps in every day.

I would love to get 8,000-10,000 steps in every day, but sometimes, I just don’t have the time to take 2-3 walks per day.

So a recent solution I stumbled upon was to get a standing desk and put his little treadmill underneath it. Since then, it’s really been clutch in helping me reach my step goal every day, because I can walk and work at the same time.

So if you’re an entrepreneur who understands the importance of getting your steps in, this is a little hack you might want to check out.

What I’m Watching

Recently, I’ve been watching DownieLive. He’s doing a series where he travels across America, by train – which I think is super cool.

He goes everywhere from Miami, to the Rocky Mountains, to Alaska.

Towards the end, he even takes a 5-day ferry from Washington to Alaska. And to finish it off, he takes a train from Fairbanks to Anchorage, which is such a beautiful area.

As someone who loves nature and exploring, watching this gives me a little extra motivation to get out myself.

Quote I’m Pondering

“A reminder for the gladiators in the arena who feel beat up and scarred with no hope in sight…

Building a business is hard.

“Hard” feels shitty.

This is what hard feels like.

And this is why most people can’t do it.

But you can.”
