Motivation P*rn
I am not a big fan of relying on motivation to get through the day or to get something done. As you cannot count on it daily, and there will be times when you just have to get something done with discipline.

Happy Purchase
My goal this year is to get down to 15% body fat, and get in the best shape of my life. This requires being consistent in the gym and tracking progress.
For the first time ever in my fitness journey, I now have a fitness journal and I have found the perfect one. Everything is built out for you so you just write in your exercise, fill in the squares, and check off boxes. Highly recommend it to someone in the same situation as me who never imagined being the person in the gym with a notebook. I am now THAT guy haha, but I will learn to own it!
