Here are a few resources I’ve created and a few things I’ve been enjoying outside Amazon FBA.
The One Thing
Had a call with a mentor today, and I asked how do you feel satisfied with the work you have done that day? As I never feel like I have done enough.
He reminded me of a powerful book called The One Thing by Gary Keller.
With the message being “If there is one thing that you could get done today, that would make everything easier and make all the others possibly obsolete, what would that be?“.
That is how you have full and satisfying days, you knock down the biggest domino that day that really moves the needle, and then you are done or everything else is just gravy after that.
Will be using this more moving forward.
1000 True Fans
I have not read this in a long time, but every time I do the message gets stronger and the more true to me it becomes.
This is the article by Kevin Kelly called 1000 True Fans.
In any business, we can simplify it by just finding 1000 true fans in the services, products, or whatever you are doing.
With 1000 true fans we will be able to turn that into a legitimate business that can sustain us financially and have a springboard that can lead us to having something we can count on full-time for years to come.
I am not doing the article justice here. Highly recommend reading, as this applies more than ever for starting a private label brand.
